Semi-Private classes - 2 people (Couples & friends), 1-hour
A variety of choices and combinations in this workout! Two types of Pilates machine training (Reformer & Stability Chair) and Pilates apparatus training (Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, etc…). Your trainer may recommend which equipment is more suitable for you, depending on the exercise.

Private classes - 1 person, 1 hour
Based on your postural analysis, your trainer will create a profile that will allow your workouts to be tailored to your characteristics. Complete studio training options will be provided.

Welcome to Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion classes teach, through precise verbal imagery, the proper sequencing of exercises that will enhance flexibility and optimize movement efficiency in sports and everyday life.

Appropriate modification techniques are given at Pilates Fusion to strengthen deep abdominals, shoulder girdle muscles, and deep supporting muscles of the spine and hip.

The Pilates Fusion approach is therapeutic, bridging the gap between Pilates and Physiotherapy, resulting in the following:

  • Increased activation of local muscles
  • Decreased unwanted overactivity of global muscles
  • Integrating skills in functional upright tasks
  • Retraining mechanicals and alignment of foot knee and hip
  • Assessment and progression of scapulae and rotator cuff
  • Assessment and progression of thoracic and cervical spinal stability
  • Using guidelines to common pathologies
